No credit card, no app, no installation. Write to us and we'll set your hotel up ourselves — knowledge base, printable QR codes and your branding — so your trial starts with something that already works, not an empty screen.
Tell us a little about your hotel and we can usually be live within a day. At the end of the trial we'll ask whether you want to continue — if you don't, nothing happens and there is nothing to cancel.

How quickly we reply
We answer enquiries within one working day. For customers with an active contract experiencing an outage, please write "URGENT" in the subject line — those emails are monitored outside office hours as well.
Are you a hotel guest?
If you have used a hotel chat and have a question about your stay, your booking or your data, please contact the hotel directly. We provide the technology behind the chat, but we have no access to your booking and cannot answer questions about your stay. See our Privacy Policy for details.
